Wilton "Wilt" Peter Larsen

Wilton P. “Wilt” Larsen, 76, of Morgan died Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Gil-Mor Manor in Morgan. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2012 from St. John Lutheran Church in Morgan with burial to follow in the Morgan City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the church. Arrangements are with Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Morgan. E-mail condolences may be sent via www.nelsonmartinfuneralservice.com. Wilton Peter Larsen, the son of Jens Peter and Luella (Mortensen) Larsen, was born June 13, 1936 in Springfield. He grew up in the Morgan area. Following his formal schooling, Wilt worked as a farmhand for several area farmers and later in the maintenance department at Jackpot Junction. He was an active member of the Morgan and Franklin Lions clubs. Wilt enjoyed wood working and crafting. On November 15, 1975, Wilt married Carol Robben in Franklin; they were later divorced.
