Timothy A. Hamm, age 60, beloved son and brother was called to his eternal resting place on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Franklin Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Franklin. He entered this world on November 24th, 1960 in Minneapolis, MN. Timothy was born to Dennis and Louise Hamm.
He is survived by his siblings; Steven Hamm and sister, Vicki Hamm. Tim had no children, but had nieces; Nina and Nikki and nephew, Jimmy.
A Memorial Service is to be determined.
