Pearl R. Ragan

September 19, 1933 — February 25, 2025

Pearl R. Ragan, age 91, of Morgan, MN, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Gil-Mor Manor Nursing Home in Morgan. A graveside service will be held at a later date.

Pearl R. Ragan, born on September 19, 1933, in Morgan, Minnesota, she lived a and meaningful life as dedicated housewife, cherishing the time spent with her family and nurturing her passions.

Pearl's education journey took her through school until the 11th grade at Morgan. Her strong sense of community was evident through her active participation where she was a member for many years at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Morgan. She was also a member of St. John’s in Redwood Falls, where she took pride in teaching Sunday School and was active in the ladies’ aid.

She had a love for gardening and enjoyed playing marbles, dominos, and card games, which brought her joy and many beautiful memories.

Pearl leaves behind her loving daughter, Rebecca (Jeff) Bethke of Franklin, MN, and her son, Mike (Linda) Ragan of Sauk Centre, MN. Her legacy continues through her eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, who will remember her warmth and kindness.

Pearl is reunited with her deceased family members: her parents, Emil and Alma (Loose) Wendt, her husband Robert, who passed away in 2009, her son Dan, and her brothers Walden, Gerald, and Duane, along with her sister Doris.

She will be missed dearly by all who knew her, as she touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit and loving heart.

The Nelson-Hillestad Funeral and Cremation Service of Morgan and Redwood Falls are in charge of the arrangements. E-mail condolences may be sent via www.nelson-hillestad.com.

Blessed be her memory.
