Olga Norcutt, 80, of Redwood Falls died Friday, April 8, 2016 at Wood Dale Home in Redwood Falls. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 15, 2016 from Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls with burial to follow in Redwood Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016, from 4 until 7 p.m., at Nelson-Hillestad Funeral Home in Redwood Falls. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday for one hour prior to services.

Olga Norcutt, the daughter of Syver and Gina Kompelien, was born, December 7, 1935 in Pine Creek. She grew up in Roseau and received her formal education there.
On March 6, 1954, Olga married Laverne Norcutt in Roseau and they made their home in Roseau. They moved to Redwood Falls in 1955 and then to North Redwood in 1960. Laverne preceded Olga in death in 2013. She continued to live in North Redwood until moving into Wood Dale Home.
Olga was a member of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Redwood Falls. She will be remembered for her love of reading, fabulous cookie trays at Christmas, and her cooking during hunting season.
Olga is survived by her sons Ron and Boyd of Redwood Falls, Owen (Jean) of Woodbury, and Steven (Natalie) of Maple Grove; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister Cora Foss of Roseau; and brother Ole Kompelien of Roseau. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Laverne on November 3, 2013, one sister, and nine brothers.
