Norma Robtoy

Norma (DeGroat) Robtoy, 65, of Franklin, and formerly of Belview, Redwood Falls and New Ulm, died Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in Franklin. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 from Nelson-Martin Funeral Home in Redwood Falls with burial to follow in the Redwood Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday for one hour prior to services. Arrangements are with Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Redwood Falls. She received her formal education in Redwood Falls schools and, during her high school years, worked at the A&W Drive-In. Following marriage, Norma resided in Belview for a time, then moved back to Redwood Falls and later New Ulm.
