Norma L. Blank, age 105, of Morton MN, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Gil-Mor Manor Nursing Home in Morgan. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Zion Lutheran Church in Morton, MN, with burial to follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, rural Morgan, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the church.

Norma was born on January 26, 1920, in Clearmont, Missouri to Albert and Salome Pearl (Campbell) Gilliespie.
Throughout her life, Norma dedicated herself to serving others. She worked in the cafe business where she took joy in preparing food and beverages for her customers. Norma was deeply committed to her community, contributing her time and efforts to the Lionesses and TOPs. Her involvement extended to Zion Lutheran Church, where she assisted with bulletins, taught Sunday School, and was a member of the church board.
Norma had a kind and loving personality, always cherishing her family. She is survived by her grandchildren, Kenneth Blank Jr., Brockton Olson, and Anthony Blank, as well as Starr Blank, the spouse of her late husband, John Blank.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Albert and Salome Pearl (Campbell),
Norma also was preceded by her beloved spouse, John R. Blank, who passed away in 1994. Norma also mourned the loss of her daughter, Carol Olson, in 1998, and her sons, Keith in 2019 and Kenneth "Tim" in 2019 and daughter-in-law, Barbara. Additionally, she will be remembered for the love she had for her grandchild, John Blank, who died in 2025. She surely was welcomed with open arms.
Norma L. Blank will be remembered for her warmth, community spirit, and the love she spread throughout her life.
In remembering Norma, we celebrate a life lived fully, a spirit that brought joy to countless others, and a bond that will eternally remain in the hearts of her family and friends.
