Morris Ronald Edward Hoover, Jr, age 38, of Redwood Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 8, 2021, at his home. Graveside Service will be at 2:00 pm at the Bird Island City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the Nelson-Hillestad Funeral Home in Redwood Falls with burial to follow at the Bird Island City Cemetery at 2:00 pm.

Morris Ronald Edward Hoover, Jr was born on July 24, 1983, to Morris Sr. and Bonnie (Jakes) Hoover in Redwood Falls. Morris attended schools in Redwood Falls. He worked for Northwest Drywall in Redwood Falls, Auto-Value in Sleepy Eye and VK Inspections in Springfield. Morris was kind-hearted and would give you the shirt off his back. He was known for his quick wit, his jokes always made you laugh. He enjoyed everything with the outdoors; hiking, fishing, hunting, target practice, exploring and bottom road cruising, especially Goldmine by the Minnesota River. He enjoyed visiting area Casinos, playing darts and pool, for the excitement and energy. He introduced video games to his children and his niece and nephew. He would spend hours playing and enjoying their reactions. Morris was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan, SKOL!!! He enjoyed watching movies with his children and his mom. Morris also loved country music, eagles, his tattoos, and eating peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon!
Morris is survived by his parents, Morris R. Sr, and Bonnie Hoover of Redwood Falls; children, Owen Robinson of New Ulm, Kenzie Robinson of New Ulm, Jaiden Robinson of New Ulm and Angelina Hoover of Springfield; sister, Brenda (Ryan) Becklund of Morton, nephew and niece, Sean Becklund of St. Cloud and Kimberlea Becklund of Minnesota; Great Nephew, Ethan and Great Niece, Ella.
Morris is preceded in death by his Grandma & Grandpa Jakes, Grandma & Grandpa Hoover; Uncles, Dennis Hoover and Darrel Jakes; Godfather, Alan Steinbeisser; Aunt, June Hutchinson; Cousins, Chad Rosenau and Stacey Hutchinson.
