John J. Goblirsch, 83, of rural Redwood Falls and recently of Morgan, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at the Springfield Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012 from St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Morgan. Private burial will be held in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Clements. Visitation will be held Friday, December 21, 2012, from 9:30 until 11 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Arrangements are with Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Redwood Falls. He grew up on the family farm in New Avon Township. John received his formal education in the nearby country school. He farmed with his father, ultimately taking over operation of the home farm.
