Gene W. Gilland

Gene Gilland, 72, of Redwood Falls died Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the Redwood Area Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from Nelson-Martin Funeral Home in Redwood Falls. Burial will follow in the Franklin Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Arrangements are with Nelson-Martin Funeral Service of Redwood Falls. He attended Morton High School. He liked birds and was artistic. Gene is remembered for his kindness to others. He is survived by several cousins and many friends. Gene was preceded in death by his parents. Blessed be his memory.
