Frances Moore, age 83, of Redwood Falls, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Gil-Mor Manor in Morgan, Minnesota. A Private Family Service will be held, with burial at a later date at Dry Brooke Cemetery in Chemung County, New York.
